He is always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to enhance operations and performance efficiency in company.
Parth commenced his tenure at Laxmipati Apparels in 2024 following the completion of his Business Management degree at the University of Arizona. As a third-generation entrepreneur, he acknowledges that effective leadership is not only about the preservation of past accomplishments but also the proactive pursuit of improvement and excellence. This understanding drives him to lead with purpose. Parth believes real growth comes not only from the expansion of the business but also from the growth of individuals who operate it and their underlying motivation. He is both proud and grateful to assume leadership of Laxmipati Apparels.
Mansi joined Laxmipati Apparels in 2024 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from the Unitedworld Institute of Design, Gandhinagar. With a strong foundation in design and product development, she brings an unconventional perspective to the organisation. She believes that long-term growth comes from strengthening the creative and technical capabilities of the teams involved. Mansi is proud to contribute to the evolving vision of Laxmipati Apparels, with a focus on innovation and purposeful progress.
