Parth commenced his tenure at Laxmipati Apparels in 2024 following the completion of his Business Management degree at the University of Arizona.As a third-generation entrepreneur, he acknowledges that effective leadership is not only about the preservation of past accomplishments but also the proactive pursuit of improvement and excellence. This understanding drives him to lead with purpose. Parth believesreal growth comes not only from the expansion of the business but also from the growth of individuals who operate it and their underlying motivation.
